Track hits
Welcome to Hit$um!
The easy way to automate your war pay calculations!
If you have Faction API permission, just enter your API key, set up the pay rates for outside chain, inside hits and penalty for getting attacked, and Hit$um will handle the rest. It
generates a unique URL for you
to share
with faction members.
This link allows users to check their earnings at any time during or after the war.
It’s important to note that Hit$um only tracks and calculates from the start of war until the end, even if registered mid-war. After the war, users can use the link to review their final
earnings and see all the calculations made during the war. The link will remain active for at least 7 days after the war is finished.
War attacks
What counts as a war attack
A war attack is any attack made by a member of your faction against a member of an opposing faction.
Outside Chain Attacks
What counts as an outside chain attack
An outside chain hit is an attack on a non-opponent faction member that occurs within a chain sequence leading to a bonus attack. However, there are specific conditions:
- The attack must be part of a chain of attacks that leads up to a bonus attack.
- If an outside chain hit occurs after a bonus attack and the chain does not continue to the next bonus attack, it does not count as an outside chain hit.
- Attacks made on opposing faction members are considered war attacks, not outside chain hits.
Losses
What Counts as a Loss
If an opponent successfully hits a member of your faction, it is recorded as a loss for that member.
Score
How Outside Chain Attack Score is Calculated
The score for an outside chain attack is determined by dividing the total score gained from all bonuses in the chain by the number of attacks made in that chain sequence.
API Calls
How often new data is fetched
Data is updated only when someone visits their faction's unique tracking page. It can't be refreshed more than once per minute. For example, if Anna checks her faction's war pay, new
data is fetched. If Tom visits the same page 30 seconds later, he sees the data that was fetched when Anna checked it, instead of triggering a new update.
How many API calls are made for each update
When the server fetches new data, it usually takes fewer than 10 API calls. The first time data is fetched during a war, it might take more API calls depending on how many chains and
attacks have happened. After that, future updates require fewer API calls since only the new information is added to what's already there.
Unique Faction Links
Creating multiple links
Each time you enter an API key, a new link is generated for tracking. Existing links with different API keys remain active. This means a faction can have multiple active tracking
pages, each with its own unique war pay settings if configured.
Privacy
Deactivating links
You can delete an API key at any time, which will deactivate the associated link. If you use the same API key to start new tracking, the old link will be removed, and a new one will
be created. Additionally, if no one views the data for a faction for more than 7 days, all data related to that faction is automatically deleted.
